Cancellation Policy
Our Cancellation Policy
We appreciate all bookings and would like to thank for choosing Sophie’s Art Camps as your choice of camp/art school for your little ones.
We will do our best to facilitate any cancellations or changes but we are a small company and do incur costs at an early stage of each camp/term, ie, materials, etc. and so our cancellation policy is as follows:
Cancellation on or before 1 month of camp/term start date: Fully refunded
Cancellation 1 month to 2 weeks before camp/term start date: 75% refunded
Cancellation 2 weeks to 1 week before camp/term start date: 50% refunded
Cancellation within 1 week of camp/term start date: No refund
We do need a minimum number of students per camp/term and if this is not reached we may need to cancel the camp/term. If we need to cancel your place you will be offered a place on a different week and if that doesn't suit we will give you a full refund. This is unlikely and we will do our very best to facilitate all bookings.
